The Crew Leader works to ensure that proper production procedures are followed while maintaining company sanitation and efficiency standards. Overall, Leaders are responsible for directing the activities of the line crew and fostering a team-oriented environment. Maintain inventories and minimizing waste, while monitoring production quality standards. Train new employees on processes and procedures. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communicating standards and requirements, accurate production reporting procedures, assigning personnel to teams and tasks, accurate and timely record time keeping (my leaders are not involved in time keeping),and documentation of employee activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of production experience preferred.
• Good intermediate math skills are required.
• Microsoft Office Skills preferred.
• Must have Microsoft Office skills. – preferred.
• Demonstrated comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) required.
• Production experience and SAP are a plus.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Performing physical activities that require standing for long periods of time considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, and handling of materials and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, food allergens, and varying temperatures.
• Highly dependable and able to work a flexible schedule with varying job duties
• Providing honest and respectful communication to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
