Logistics Load Planner is an execution role that provides support to all appropriate departments to facilitate the planning, release, disposition, and work creation of all direct marketing orders through the use of various complex systems, primarily SAP. This position is also responsible for ensuring timely flow of work to our Drop Ship vendors. Outside Pack locations and our Seasonal Shipping Facilities. Position is key in executing our small parcel shipping strategy, following our least cost routing model and flowing the orders as appropriate across the enterprise.

Proficient in MS Office applications and warehouse systems are desired. Strong, effective communication and interaction skills will internal and external partners are required. This position may require standing for 8 hours or more depending on volume and task.

Overtime and weekend work is dependent upon business need and is mandatory when scheduled.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and related experience with traffic and logistics is highly preferred.
• Knowledge with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to handle stress and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, follow-up, respond to changing priorities, while consistently meeting shipping deadlines with accuracy and detailed results are required.
• Demonstrated ability with problem resolution is necessary.
• Strong clerical skills are required, including typing, math, spelling and grammar.
• Excellent communication skills are required for constant interaction with all levels of company personnel and external vendors.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to walk ½ mile, carry small boxes of tickets, and lift 30 lbs. and carry short distances.

Hours are 8a-4:30p M-F
