We are a boat rental operation on Lake Coeur d' Alene with a 5-star rating seeking Boat Renters. We are looking to add more members to our fun, upbeat team with a focus in the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Job Title: Boat Rental Service & Operations

Position Prerequisites:

• High school education preferred.
• Must be capable of working unsupervised.
• Ability to perform high-level of customer service
• Ability to work with guest in all areas with a positive approach.
• Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Knowledge of watercraft and how to properly operate them, not necessarily a requirement, can train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of boat trailers, winches, and their operation is a plus.

Purpose: Orients boat renters on operation of boat and the equipment, assists guests in and out of boats. Prepare boats through thorough interior and exterior cleaning. Check boats for damage and weekly cleaning and maintenance of boats. Perform ALL duties with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Major Duties:

• Deliver and Pick up Boats on Lake Coeur D' Alene
• Orient customer on how to drive and operate the boat.
• Show safety equipment to customers.
• Explain travel routes on map and detail caution areas.
• Pre-check of boats and safety equipment.
• Some maintenance of boats and work area may be required.
• Cleaning and disinfecting the boats and preparing for next rental.
• Ensure proper inventory is on board boat prior to rental (i.e. life jackets, fire extinguisher, etc.)
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Control traffic in marina area and assist customers with docking boats.
• Greet all customers as they enter your work area. Offer assistance immediately. Thank all customers as they leave work area.
• Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.
• Use “clean as you go” method when performing your work duties.
• Adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward the dock and the job being performed.

General:

• Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by management.
• Material handling: stooping, bending, small lifting will be part of some job requirements.
• Part/full time available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
