HFA has a role for a construction administrator (the location is remote/work from home) to support a client's national effort involving HVAC equipment upgrades to existing facilites. Individuals with approximately 3 years of field experience with commercial HVAC systems are ideal candidates.
Ability to travel (approximately 50-60 percent of the time) within the continental US is required to verify installations by the contractor are completed per approved plans, and controls are operating as designed.

Job Responsibilities:
Assists Construction Administration team to facilitate project communication between the construction and design teams to ensure the design intent is achieved allowing the project design teams to focus on current projects in the design process and consults with them on discrepancies in submittals/shop drawings and RFIs that need design attention.
