REQUIREMENTS
Education : Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration / registry eligible or associate degree, or equivalent educational experience, with academic major in Food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business or a related field preferred.
Experience : Two years of food service experience with at least one year in a supervisory role preferred.
Physical Requirements : Constant hand-eye / mind-eye coordination, walking and standing. Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, turning, crouching, and repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
Other Requirements : Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, time management, human relations, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of USDA child feeding program regulation and National Food Service Program requirements. Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, data entry, internet, and email.
Ability to perform basic math computations. Ability to keep information confidential.
