Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and facilities. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform intermediate level maintenance tasks
• Understand and use the Breezeway software system
• Assist other Maintenance Technicians with various projects
• Change out ceiling fans/light fixtures
• Complete basic plumbing and air conditioner repairs
• Troubleshoot and complete basic appliance repairs
• Perform minor carpentry repairs involving standard measurements, specifications, instructions, and basic shop mathematics
• Performs routine preventive maintenance
• Change or replace items, such as; light bulbs, batteries, filters, etc.
• Run errands, purchase supplies and drop off materials to job sites
• Install signage at designated locations
• Pick up trash
• Paint with minimal supervision
• Other duties as assigned by management

Experience:

• Intermediate level maintenance skills
• Basic appliance and plumbing repair knowledge
• Basic air conditioner repair knowledge
• Basic carpentry skills
• Ability to use and understand the company’s Breezeway software system
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to utilize safety practices and procedures
• Ability to uses and maintains tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
• High school diploma

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.73 - $22.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
