Designs and fashions live, cut, dried, and artificial floral and foliage arrangements for events such as holidays, anniversaries, weddings, parties, and funerals. Responsible for processing/ packaging/ stocking/ maintaining floral products according to standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Floral Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

How to attend

We are located in the Stonehenge Shopping Center about 4 miles from Crabtree Mall on Creedmoor Rd. As you are coming up from Crabtree Mall, look for a Burger King on the right (about 4 traffic lights). Behind Burger King you will see our store. As you walk towards Harris Teeter, you will see three stone tables to your right and a separate stairwell and entranceway with a black awning. Enter through those doors for our Central Region Main office. We are not in the Harris Teeter.
