WE’RE LOOKING FOR Harris ERP’s Professional Services team is responsible for proactively helping customers adopt our ERP system and integrating it throughout the customer’s business to ensure they have a seamless transition from their current solution to Harris ERP’s application. The Professional Services team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial and HR/Payroll software with experience working with and advising customers. As an Application Consultant at Harris ERP, you will be responsible for implementing and advising customers on the HR/Payroll and Financials applications. You will play a critical role in the onboarding, introduction, and implementation of the HR/Payroll and Financials applications to our customers. Our ideal candidate will be proactive and highly organized individual who can clearly and positively communicate with customers and does not shy away from a challenge. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation: Ability to build trust and rapport with customers to gain an understanding of client business requirements, lead them through requirement elicitation process, and provide advice and recommendations and set expectations over the life of an active implementation. Actively listen and analyze client business practices to develop and present compelling strategies to implement the HR/Payroll and Financials application. Ability to think creatively when roadblocks arise and understand when issues must be escalated to management for resolution. Create and proactively update implementation and business requirement documentation for internal use. Perform testing and guide customers through testing of the software application based on use case requirements, both functionality and data validation. Training: Deliver required training sessions for the projects as defined in the Statement of Work. Collaborate with staff members to train both customers and internal staff on product functions. Training may be onsite with customers, through web conference presentations, or at other locations. Customer Support: Provide high quality support to our clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and timeliness of resolution. Communication to clients through customer ticketing system, project management software, email, and via phone. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Proactively maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Create manual and testing documentation to share and use with customers. Share knowledge and best practices with the team to enhance overall capabilities and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Project Management and Implementation: Ability to set deadlines for self and customers so deliveries and milestones are met on time. Ability to manage and drive multiple projects with varying timelines without missing deadlines. Ability to analyze customer processes and procedures to develop and make recommendations on effective solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external resources. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and desires so recommendations can be made on processes and procedures. Relentless curiosity and willingness to ask questions and a strong desire to help improve processes and procedures for customers. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience. Focus on continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or combination of Information technology and Accounting/Finance/Payroll from an accredited institution. Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Systems. Working knowledge of SQL. Willingness to travel up to 25%. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT Prior experience with an HR/Payroll and/or Financial system and/or implementing ERP software. Proficiency with TeamSupport, ClickUp and Microsoft Teams.
