Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Assistant to join our team. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our shop, including assembly, fabrication, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly of products according to specifications
- Fabricate and modify parts as needed
- Keep the shop clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
