Order Entry Specialist Harris Local Government - Easley, SC We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.

As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications. Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with logistical personnel to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments including sales, customer service, and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process. Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
