Looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal who has worked exclusively in the settlement department of a plaintiff's Workers' Compensation firm. We offer a competitive salary and medical benefits commensurate with your experience.
Requirements:
- New York State Workers' Compensation experience
- Knowledge of Section 32 settlements.
- Computations of schedule loss of use awards.
- Computation of stipulations.
Please do not apply if you do not have experience with NYS Workers' Compensation settlements.
