**Overview:**

Join our team as a Groundhand Aerial Fiber Construction worker, where you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of aerial fiber optic networks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the expansion of network infrastructure.

**Duties:**

- Assist linemen in the installation and maintenance of aerial fiber optic cables

- Operate equipment for cabling, setting anchors, and other construction tasks

- Take direction from linemen and assist will all handheld tools

- Operate bucket trucks for aerial installations

**Skills:**

- Knowledge of cabling techniques and low voltage systems

- Ability to communicate and follow directions

- Strong field service skills for on-site operations
