POSITION SUMMARY

As the E-commerce Marketing Coordinator, you'll drive online success through digital strategy optimization for brand visibility, retention, and sales. You'll manage content, social media, email marketing, and campaign performance, aiming to maximize conversion rates, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless execution. OBJECTIVES

  • Increase Online Sales, and develop and execute marketing strategies by optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and pricing strategies
  • Enhance Digital Presence by implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve the visibility of the e-commerce site on search engines.
  • Optimize the user experiences and implement website enhancement on the e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify).
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website performance.
  • Implement data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and improve the customer journey.
  • Utilize CRM tools to segment customers, personalize communications, and enhance customer retention.
  • Work closely with web development, product management, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  • Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for product pages, blogs, and social media to attract and retain customers.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Continuously research and stay informed about e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, competition, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives stay within allocated budgets.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content across different platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 - 3 years experience in digital marketing including working with SEO, social media management, email marketing, and other online marketing strategies required
  • 1 - 2 years of experience with e-commerce (e.g. Shopify) managing product listings, inventory management, and optimizing the user experience required
  • 2 - 3 years experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and interpreting data to make informed marketing decisions required
  • Experience creating compelling and SEO-friendly content for product descriptions, blog posts, and social media preferred
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results within deadlines preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools managing customer data, segmenting audiences, and implementing personalized marketing strategies preferred
  • Experience in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis preferred
  • Experience with competitor analysis and the ability to derive insights for optimizing marketing strategies preferred
  • Specific coursework in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
  • Perform work with OSHA-required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE
