Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests. Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety/quality control.
- Be SQF certified or able to obtain certification.
- Bilingual is a plus. (English & Spanish)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Strong attention to detail, good observation skills & good recordkeeping habits.
