JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION WORKER – UNION POSITION

Harrington Pepsi of Butte is currently looking for a full-time Beverage Production Worker in Butte, Montana. Position works in a team environment during the day. This position mainly involves the safe operation of production equipment. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. We can train and certify. Production workers produce beverage products that meet all food safety standards. We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals with a strong work ethic, good people skills, and the ability and ambition to move up. SALARY: Starting at $15.50 to $16.68 per hour DOE plus annual raises.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Start machines, engage feeds, and observe operation

· Notify appropriate manager or supervisor of all problems in production process

· Make routine equipment adjustments consistent with operating procedures

· Perform minor cleaning of machine parts and surrounding area

· Complete required forms and paperwork

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment

· Maintain regular and reliable daily attendance and punctuality

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· 18 years or older

· Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally exert force up to 100 pounds to lift and/or move objects with the aid of a manual lifting device

· Ability to work on your feet most of the day

· Good written and verbal skills and basic math skills required

· Will request applicant to successfully pass drug test, background check and functional abilities test

· This position is a union position with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers

- Work Days/Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime can be expected during peak selling periods.
