Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year. As a teacher at Harriet Tubman Charter School, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students through engaging instruction, personalized support, and innovative teaching methods. We are looking for educators who are committed to creating a positive learning environment, fostering critical thinking skills, and promoting academic achievement.

• Elementary School Teacher
• Middle School Teacher (Various Subjects)
• Special Education Teacher 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certification (New York State certification preferred)
• Previous teaching experience in a diverse classroom setting
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
