Harriet & Oak is Hiring a Barista Near Rapid, SD
Harriet & Oak is looking to fill multiple positions in our shop. Our ideal candidate is humble, hungry, and smart. They are punctual, hold strong communication skills, are a problem solver, and attentive to policy and procedures. They value hard work, moves quickly with intention, and values the customer experience. This is a very past-pace working environment. Employees must be able to uphold good time management skills.
All employees are cross-trained between front of house and back of house; and will work a variety of shifts between front of house and back of house. All employees are required to work at least ONE weekend day/week.
ONLY part-time availability open - must be able to work Sundays and Mondays.

Pay range INCLUDES tips.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
