This role provides friendly, excellent Family-Style Service to all employees who pick up and drop off their uniforms. Complete all related paperwork as required.
Our ideal candidate:
• Ability to get along well with co-workers and work as a team member.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work any day and shift, including holidays.
• Previous computer skills preferred.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
About the role:
• Greet employees and give them their appropriate uniforms.
• Process new hires, issue lockers, clear terminated employees, and handle re-sale uniform items.
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Manages sensitive information, gaming licenses, payroll deductions, personal dry cleaning, and rental deliveries (around 350 garments every Thursday).
• Distributes paychecks to team members.
• Work directly with recruiting/HR to handle team members onboarding and termination process.
• Utilizes multiple computer programs including the conveyor for team members garment access.
• Maintains and organizes computer files and spreadsheets.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Replies to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries.
• Performs new hire fittings and take down alterations and measurements.
A few more things:
• Must be able to work in an environment that is humid, hot, or cold.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds from the ground to above head level.
• Must be able to lift, carry and hang uniforms constantly from one rack to another.
• Must be able to push and pull heavy racks uniforms.
• Must be able to reach over the head to either hang a uniform or to remove a uniform.
• Must be able to climb or step continually and quickly maneuver in small work areas.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. (Spanish preferred)
• Must be able to keep accurate counts of production and record on log sheets.
• Must be able to operate conveyor belt and computerized name license machine.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and calmly handle stressful situations.
• Must be able to carry out daily tasks along with any additional task or projects.
Depending on experience, pay starts at $17 per hour.
