Harpeth True Value Lawn and Garden Center is a family-owned and operated garden center located in Franklin, TN. HTV Lawn and Garden Center has been in business since 1972 in its original location.

This is a weekend position. You Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with loading and offloading mulch, lumber, and other bulky items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's outdoor yard and storage areas.
• Provide support to various departments as needed, including stocking shelves, assisting with inventory management, and fulfilling customer orders.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Assist with receiving shipments and checking in merchandise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar utility or general labor role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in an outdoor environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
