Harper Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our project at Fort Sill located in Lawton, OK.

Responsibilities

• Process Owner & Subcontractor monthly Billings.
• Solicit subcontractors, perform bid analysis, & write subcontracts.
• Point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including, owners, design team, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate project documents & reporting; permits, change order, purchase orders, purchase agreements, financial status, milestones, etc.
• Oversee the quality of the work being performed and material onsite, ensuring these meet the contract requirements.
• Monitor project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring the project remains on budget.
• Report to the Senior Project Manager on a regular basis to ensure communication throughout the project management levels.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience on Military construction projects worth $5 million or more.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Procore document control system.
• Strong computer skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000 to $95,000 salary range
  • The offered rate will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
• This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
