Responsibilities

The Regional Manager - Clinical Operations is responsible for managing the operations of multiple medical practice sites across several HarmonyCares markets. The Regional Manager - Clinical Operations is responsible for achieving financial, clinical, and productivity targets while enabling a positive, memorable customer experience and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The Regional Manager - Clinical Operations is a strong and supportive people leader that creates a productive and engaging practice environment for all team members. The Regional Manager - Clinical Operations collaboratively partners with Practice site leaders and staff to ensure efficient and optimal utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services.

  • Provides intra-day monitoring of service levels and other KPIs, making adjustments to team allocation as necessary across markets'
  • Builds community networks and relationships to assist with execution across key value levers. e.g., hospital, SNF, PCP collaboration and partnerships
  • Provides a point of escalation to address patient concerns, patient complaints, and customer issues, both internally and externally
  • Inventories and ordering for necessary office and medical supplies
  • Supports new team members through onboarding and training processes
  • Identifies areas of quality and execution gaps for all team members and ensure appropriate remediation through coaching and feedback
  • Monitors and evaluate individuals’ and team performance against defined productivity and clinical targets
  • Identifies improvement opportunities for individuals and the team as whole through interpretation of quality monitoring
  • Conducts regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and other feedback and coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement and growth
  • Coach resources with alignment to the HarmonyCares Performance Management process to ensure highest levels of efficiency, business outcomes, and patient service is continually offered within the team
  • Identifies process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for standardization needed within the team and larger organization

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Three years of experience in management of professional and clinical staff
  • Previous practice management or equivalent experience
  • Health care experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Must be able to relate professionally and positively to physicians and staff with excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Marketing and geriatric experience a plus

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • RN License
  • Strong clinical and reimbursement knowledge
