The Physician will see patients with their MA who drives the company car Monday - Friday, no weekends. Great work-life balance culture with a strong compensation and benefit package. Responsibilities

The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
