REQUIRED: Esthetics, Cosmetologist, or Electrologist License

We are looking for a Hair Removal expert to be responsible for performing a variety of hair removal services such as laser, waxing, dermaplaning, and/or electrolysis. In this position, you are responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Service providers will provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals, as well as follow all of Harmony Wellness Guidelines. Must be 18 years to apply with an active and valid Esthetics, Cosmetologist, or Electrologist license.

As a Harmony Wellness Service provider, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to guests.
• Perform services including but not limited to: dermaplaning, waxing and laser services.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic protocols before, during, and after services to ensure Board compliance and safety.
• Explain, recommend and sell Harmony Wellness products.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all Harmony Wellness personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Achieve personal and Spa goals.
• Ensure Spa standards are adhered to at all times.
• Work with the Spa manager to ensure necessary products and supplies are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in-house operational processes.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for:

• Esthetics, Cosmetologist, or Electrologist license.
• Experience in dermaplaning, waxing, laser service experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to provide training for the right individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
