Harmony Design Group, a premier Landscape Architecture and construction firm, is seeking a Landscape Designer to join our leadership team!

Our projects are fast-paced, high-end projects. We are a brand that offers quality, cutting edge landscape designs for our clientele, and we work closely together in a tight-knit team environment. We value lasting relationships with our clients and employees. Customer service is our top priority, and we need a strategic partner on our team to provide excellent sales and service to our clients while growing our maintenance division.

Compensation and Benefits for our Landscape Designer:

We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package including a minimum of $95,000 annually, as well as opportunity for commission based on sales performance. We offer medical benefits, a 401k with profit sharing, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 6 paid company holidays.

Requirements for the Landscape Designer position:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture;
  • Landscape Architecture license;
  • 5 years of experience in landscape design, particularly high-end residential properties;
  • Experience using software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Photoshop, etc. with the ability to read and create technical drawings;
  • High level understanding of zoning requirements and permit procedures by town/state
  • Expert level knowledge of products and materials (plants, hardscapes, lighting, etc.)
  • Expert level understanding of grading and drainage
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!

Requirements of the Landscape Designer position:

  • Collaborating with our team on the design and sales of residential landscape projects;
  • Preparing landscape plans from conceptual design to final design, incorporating all components of a full landscape design plan;
  • Sales experience with high-end clientele
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Acting as a strategic leader on our design/build team;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
