We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team and provide compassionate care to our long-term care, nursing home, and rehabilitation center patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric care and will be able to provide patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing services. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a variety of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in patient's condition.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide instruction to patients on how to manage their medical conditions.
• Document patient care in accordance with nursing home policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
