Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians in appointment rooms, facilitating them to provide excellent medical care to the clients' pets.
• Monitor pets' vital signs and provide compassionate care during their time in the appointment rooms.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments under the direction of veterinarians.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of veterinary professionals to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each appointment.
• Provide top-notch customer service to all clients and address their queries and concerns effectively.
• Create detailed medical discharge instructions for the clients' pets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, with a strong focus on supporting veterinarians during appointments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
