WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Heavy to light industrial maintenance work and planning experience
• Experience collaborating with team members
• Knowledge and experience with implementing preventative maintenance best practices and procedures
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn our centralized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to complete physical tasks such as crouching, climbing ladders, and moving 25 lbs.

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience would be preferred.

AVERAGE DAY AT A GLANCE

As a Maintenance Coordinator, your days are filled with diverse responsibilities, from overseeing the maintenance department and managing scheduled work to coordinating inventory levels and running reports for efficient inventory management. You collaborate with personnel from all departments to ensure their parts, materials, supplies, and service requirements are met. Diligently, you schedule and monitor preventive maintenance programs and work closely with Environmental Health & Safety to manage equipment inventory.

You establish relationships with vendors and identify alternate suppliers for better pricing, availability, and technology. As requested, you generate weekly reports as well as communicate with vendors and clients. You process work orders, assist with audits, and resolve discrepancies. You play a crucial role in our success!
