About the Role
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be managing multiple large global complex technology-centric projects. You will be driving successful implementation, enhancing processes and governance for all assigned digital programs to achieve the outcomes and realize the expected benefits. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Team
You will be reporting to the Director, PMO.

What You Will Do
  • Simultaneously manage multiple large (greater than $500,000 budget complex technology-centric global projects.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of digital programs, including project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assemble project team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure successful completion of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors throughout the life cycle of the program.
  • Interface with all levels of management and staff to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning and execution and keep management informed.
  • Leverage the program governance model to influence decision-making and minimize risk to the program. Identify potential risks and threats to current and future programs and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and develop contingency plans to achieve desired outcomes
What You Need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of experience working with IT application delivery.
  • Proven experience managing digital application programs with all aspects of the software development lifecycle using one or more project management methodologies (for example, Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of IT system concepts and how they impact business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and simultaneously manage multiple projects with potentially conflicting priorities and business interests.
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Able to communicate at all levels of management.
What is Nice to Have
  • Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management or Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Practitioner or Leader Certification.
  • Strong business acumen, and industry/domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units. Preferred to have finance, engineering, supply chain and analytics-related project experience.
  • Program management skills and experience, plus significant knowledge of project planning tools with evidence of practical application. Well-versed in Change Management and Release Management Processes
  • Experience in working to introduce agile/SCRUM into organizations.
