Our amazing environment and collaborative teams are some of the perks our employees enjoy- as well as: FREE MOVIESHealth incentive programs401K matchMedical, Vision and Dental BenefitsEducation ReimbursementGym MembershipBig-Box MembershipsWhat You Will Be Doing:Drives loyalty through Harkins loyalty programs including Harkins Awards, Loyalty Cup, Loyalty Game and other Harkins core marketing programs.Creates annual marketing plans with detailed messaging strategy for Harkins Awards with monthly analysis and course corrections.Drafts compelling copy, manages database, oversees art requests and distributes Harkins Awards’ emails, push notifications and newsletters.Provides insightful analysis on opportunities to increase visits and guest spend through Harkins Awards.Works with Vice President of Marketing to incorporate overall marketing strategy into cohesive loyalty messaging and programs.Analyzes guest data and develops segmentation in order to deliver targeted marketing messages.Analyzes company and competitor campaigns/data and recommends future loyalty online campaigns.Develops exclusive loyalty offers and programs.Monitors and creates reports tracking loyalty programs and return on investment (ROI).Provides reporting to support effectiveness of loyalty advertising spend and manages monthly budget and programming.Works closely with digital marketing specialist to utilize Harkins digital network to drive new memberships of Harkins Awards, increase Loyalty Cup sales and increase consumer spend on concessions.Works alongside the marketing manager to create and execute strategic studio partnerships for Harkins Awards.Regular attendance and physical presence at the work site.Sets high standards for self while maintaining company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure delivery of the ultimate moviegoing experience at all times.Requires typing on a computer, visual and audible communication, reading, carrying light items, interacting with others, speaking on the telephone, problem solving, and cognitive skills.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in related field.Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.Guest service/relations experience a must.Movie knowledge a plus.Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and internet research.Capable of remaining calm and using good judgment in elevating situations.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus.Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information.Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Able to work independently and/or with a team.
