Leads the design and implementation of new technology across the enterprise. Lead the development of ideas and concepts, acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Mentors level I and II business systems analysts. Develops strategies for business-critical solutions. Focal point of contact with stakeholders. Ensures the development of quality assurance standards and practices and the implementation of new systems and functionality. When needed, can be counted on to lead small projects including the coordination of technical resources assigned to these projects.
