-Full-Time Position (Mon – Fri) *Possibly Saturday
-Pay – $175.00 per build (Per Build rate to start) -Bonuses based on production
-Astros Season Tickets possible
-Saints Season Tickets possible
-Health Insurance (possible after consistent success at job, and moved to salary)

Time - typically 8-12 hours per day
Arrive at site before crew gets there
Leave site after the crew has left

Quality Control –
The entire site should stay clean and the crews should be practicing correct methods of construction and safety while keeping the client’s property completely unharmed.

Experience -
Must have experience as an outside project manager for residential, shingle roofing.
***This is a must
Repair Experience –
Must know how to repair without crew. Investigate a leak (or) an issue and immediately know what to do on the spot.

• Additional Responsibilities –

-When there is a call-back (or) a repair outside of work day hours, you are the go-to for this.-You will get extra if you work outside of build hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Residential Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
