Hargrove Inspection Services is Hiring a Growth and Marketing Representative Near Columbia, SC

Hargrove Inspections, a leading provider of home inspection services in the CSRA is expanding its reach to the Columbia, SC market. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive inspection services and exceptional service. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Growth and Marketing Professional to join our team.

Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Columbia region. You will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and other key stakeholders. Your goal will be to promote our services, educate agents on the importance and value of home inspection and auxiliary services, and ultimately drive revenue growth for the company. You will also have opportunity to impact the Augusta market.

A successful candidate will be able to earn between $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic, ongoing communication with realtors and other key contacts
  • Identify and pursue new agent partnerships through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate referrals and leads.
  • Conduct presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of our home inspection services and what sets us apart from the competition.
  • Create meaningful connections through in-person meetings, events and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Make a positive impact through excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Maintain thorough records of all activities, customer/agent interactions, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the real estate, home services, or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of home inspection services and the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
