• Sell all products to exceed sales and profit goals
• Maintain store appearance and customer experience
• Purchase clothing to meet customer taste, fashion, size, price
• Maintain accounts payable and inventory systems
• Execute promotions and business development
• Maintain website and social media accounts
• Price and merchandise products upon receipt
• Maintain Social Media Web page and CRM sites
• Provide custom tailoring and offsite alterations
• Provide an effective and results based advertising program
• Attend all local events and gatherings as time allows
• Staff the organization with friendly and passionate associates
• Merchandise products by creating new displays and presentations bi weekly
• Continuous improvement in all araes through effective leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.79 - $21.42 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 55 per week
