Worker's Compensation Scheduling Coordinator

Worker's Compensation Deposition Coordinators work alongside attorneys and other paralegals, assisting individuals who have been injured on the job file and pursuing claims for workers’ compensation.

Compensation :

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Schedule depositions and hearings for all attorneys within the department
• Create the calendar for all hearings, depositions, and attorney appointments
• Prepare correspondence to defense counsel, stenographers, medical offices, and the Workers’ Compensation Board
• Maintain a Workers’ Compensation department master calendar
• Scanning of documents and other administrative tasks as necessary
• Schedule CLE (continuing legal education) seminars for Workers’ Compensation attorneys
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Required Education and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette and comfort speaking on the phone
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Experience

Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
