HardHatGear is a retailer of safety goods for the construction and industrial industry. We offer a broad scope of products for different trades. We are a busy small business that works with online and in-store customers. We are also a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer.

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative immediately. This is a full-time position with split days off, including every Sunday and one day off during the week.

We're looking for a friendly team player with a positive attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. Prior retail experience is a plus but optional. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required.

• Our store hours are 8-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9-4 p.m. Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Saturday availability and reliable transportation are a must.
• Must have a steady employment record. The exception would be COVID-related.
• Must be reliable. We are a small business and depend on our employees.
• Computer skilled are required. Email, excel, word, etc.
• Valid driver's license required.

Duties include:

• Customer Service: Assisting customers in-store, via email, & phone.
• Online order management.
• Open-minded and willing to adapt to change.
• Stocking & Merchandising: Light product stocking, pricing, cleaning, & merchandising
• UHaul appointment booking and check-in/check-out, cleaning, and staging trucks.

Pay starts at $15/hr with the opportunity for performance raises.

Money and customer order management position requires a background check. No exceptions.
