Hardhat Workforce Solutions – NOW HIRING – PD10 Remote Operators for our solar site in

Castle Dale, Utah.

PD10 Remote Operators – Required experienced Remote, GPS and Carlson systems.

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour.

Per Diem: $100 per day worked.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm (must work scheduled hours and flexible to any changes due to site needs and weather conditions)

Responsibilities:

• Operate Remote PD10 equipment with GPS system is required.
• Drive piles per specs for new tracking system being installed and groundwork.
• Work in partnership with assigned Groundman/Rigger/Spotter.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Must communicate clearly with team.
• Review project plans and drawings and ensure throughout the project(s) that the project is built according to code, design and specification.
• Drive piles to provide support for solar arrays/panels.
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices.
• Maintain tools and equipment; perform safety checks.
• Assist the Foreman in the installation of various pile types, fueling, maintenance, and greasing of pile equipment.
• Clean equipment as required.
• Prepare and clean up job site.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Remote PD10 operating experience required.
• Must have GPS/Carlson experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of remediation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a machine driving piles for solar utility scale projects is required.
• Knowledgeable in multiple pile installation techniques and hammer types.
• Ability to move levers of hoisting equipment, position piles and hammers over pilings.
• Ability to activate power hammers that drive poles to required depths.
• Ability to monitor gauges, dials, controlling equipment operations.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Provide personal transportation to and from the jobsite.
