HardHat is seeking an experienced lead man for Multi-Family projects in Boiling Springs, SC.

Job Duties Include

• Assist Superintendent in managing tasks for workers.
• Skilled in carpentry, framing, drywall etc.
• Use blueprints to help lay out the work.
• Help Superintendent manage materials and supplies.
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Maintain a daily gameplan for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
