JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an energetic, experienced manager to join our Hardee’s Team! Smooth restaurant operation and stellar customer service is our goal. The General Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant operation. The GM works to ensure that all activities are consistent with company policies / procedures and ensures all employees (Shift Leaders, Crew Members) are performing their job responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Create an excellent Guest service experience
• Hire, Train and Retain quality people
• Create an enjoyable and safe work environment and treat all employees with respect and dignity
• Maintains food/labor costs as per requirement
• Uphold Hardees Procedures/Policies including food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements as well as enforce all labor laws.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2-3 years in a management position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
