JOB DESCRIPTION
Smooth restaurant operation and stellar customer service is our goal.The General Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant operation. The GM works to ensure that all activities are consistent with company policies and procedures. The GM ensures all employees (Shift Leaders, Crew Trainers and Crew Persons) are performing their job responsibilities
Essential Functions
Create an excellent Guest service experience
Hire and Train high quality people
Create an enjoyable work environment while maintaining high personal integrity and treat all employees with honesty, respect and dignity
Maintains food/labor costs as per requirement
Uphold Hardees Procedures/Policies including food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements as well as enforce all labor laws.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience)
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Basic knowledge of computers.
Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.
Organizational, planning and time management
Team building skills.
Problem solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
