Harbro Auto Sales & Service is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Whitinsville, MA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dealership office or similar setting, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in office management tasks.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customer with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments
- Rental car booking agent
- Assist with sales office paperwork and cashier for our service customers
- Handle data entry for new vehicle purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the office operations

Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy in records
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a dealership office or similar setting is preferred but not required

This is a part-time position for either morning hours or afternoon till closing. Monday through Friday 8am to 1pm or 2pm to 7pm with rotating Saturdays 8am to 4pm included.
