Applying your expertise in core Finance applications, you'll partner with HarbourVest Corporate Finance Organization end-users, and their management to enhance processes, shape requirements, and drive the development of features that enhance efficiency and scalability.The ideal candidate is someone who is:Experience in product management managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentRelationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed collaboratorsStrong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience determining and overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resource requirementsExcellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience using data to inform decision making and independently solving software engineering problemsExpertise in critical thinking and strong eye for business processesStrong experience in understanding business partner and client needsWhat you will do:Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendationsDevelop strong relationships and regularly connect with product stakeholders to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needsMonitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutionsEstablish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomesContinuously evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements.Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product, including technical and resourcing challengesEnsure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security)Other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring:Demonstrated success in defining and building productsDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various team members verbally and in writing.Prior experience with Finance Transformation initiatives and ERP implementations.Experience in designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions using Finance Systems technology portfolio applications.
