What you will do :
- Greet all guests in polite and professional manner
- Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service
- Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the day and be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special
- Ascertain a guest"'s satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
- High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
- Three Years Fine dining serving experience; 3 Years Hospitality Experience
- Strong verbal communication skills to be able serve guests and accurately follow instructions
- Enter all orders in the restaurant"'s computer system
- Commitment to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 20 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (Summer H2B Visas have been filled for 2023/No winter H2B 2023-2024 available)
