Assisted Living facility, located on Long Island, is looking for outgoing and compassionate aides to care for our residents on the Day shift. Our ideal candidate must be reliable and possess a friendly and upbeat personality and be a team player. They must be professional, courteous, patient, caring and treat our residents with dignity and respect. We are looking for people who want to make a difference in someone's life to join our great team! Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with the activities of daily living
• Interacting with the residents during activities and on the floor
• Escorting residents to doctor visits, to meal and to recreational activities
• Ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents.
• Must follow all policies and procedures and directions of Wellness Director and Supervisors.

Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is a plus. Vaccination is required. Evening shift hours are 3pm - 11:30pm.
