Hospice LPN Field Support - Full time Days 8am-4:30pm, with a rotating Saturday each month

This position will have a focus in the Muskegon County area.

Opportunities in Home Care

This position will mainly be working as a Field Support Nurse taking calls and assisting RNs in the field. This position may need to be directed to assist in direct patient care.

The LPN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient/family/caregiver as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulation as established by the State Board of Nursing, the patient, and the policies of Harbor Hospice.

Qualifications:

A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current state of Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse License

Possesses and maintains a current CPR certification.

Maintains a valid Michigan driver’s license and has access to a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle for use on the job, vehicle must be insured in accordance with the State of Michigan
