Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment for our residents and staff. This individual will uphold our high standards of cleanliness and contribute to creating a comfortable and safe living space.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and administrative offices
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
• Change linens and towels regularly
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with facility guidelines
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing housekeeping duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation methods
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move equipment or supplies as needed
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
