Happy Little Chompers is Hiring a Pediatric Dental Office Front Desk/Receptionist Near Fairfield, CA

Happy Little Chompers, a Pediatric Dental office is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist to join our outstanding team.
Position Overview:

This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Previous dental experience is required.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible individual with excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills (knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus).

Duties will include the following:

checking for insurance benefits and pre-authorizations, billing insurances, posting payments and following up on patient accounts and collections.
Responsible for answering and returning patient phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, communicating with referring offices, and maintaining a full schedule for our doctors.
Must be a mature, friendly, dependable and professional.
Experience working in a dental practice is MUST.
