Overview:
Happy Kids Development Center is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate two year old assistant teacher to join our team! As a teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of the children and creating a positive learning environment. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Pay will be based on education and experience.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards and developmentally appropriate practice
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for the children
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create an orderly and structured learning environment
- Experience working in a Childcare Center is a plus
