Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Activities Director to join our team and enhance the quality of life for our residents through engaging and stimulating activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, caregiving, and social work, with a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and implement a variety of activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Develop and lead programs that promote cognitive function, physical well-being, and social interaction
- Coordinate outings, events, and entertainment to enrich residents' lives
- Collaborate with staff to integrate activities into the overall care plan
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
- Ensure activities comply with all regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, or senior care
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and recreational therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute diverse activities
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred

Pay: $19.47 - $23.45 per hour
