As a Junior Promotions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting various services on behalf of our clients to both new and existing customers. Primarily operating within retail settings, you will also engage in office-based sales trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge. The position offers hourly pay with weekly compensation, including uncapped commissions, leading to on-track earnings of up to $65,000 yearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on all products and promotional campaigns to provide accurate deals to customers.
• Develop strong customer relationships to understand their telecommunication needs and maximize sales opportunities.
• Guide customers through the sales process with white-glove, full-service customer treatment.
• Communicate professionally and warmly to encourage customer engagement and address inquiries effectively.
• Utilize innovative promotional strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
• Embrace company mission and culture by taking initiative and going the extra mile in customer interactions.
• Participate in training sessions with executive-level account managers to advance from entry-level to senior sales roles.

Qualifications:
