Good Day Farm is Hiring a Brand and Product Coordinator Near Little Rock, AR

Summary

The Brand & Product Coordinator partners with the VP of Brand & Product Commercialization to organize the needed steps to bring new products to market. This position collaborates with Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Retail teams on initiatives such as R&D sample coordination, packaging requests for visual merchandising and photoshoot needs, budtender sample initiatives and hosting select state operations calls. The Coordinator utilizes the Monday.com project management system and (in direct partnership with VP of Brand & Product Commercialization) keeps timelines for new brands and line extensions updated and accurate for the Good Day Farm family of brands and its licensing partners. This position serves as a support liaison between departments, at direction of the VP of Brand & Product Commercialization, to execute new product launches with duties such as project coordination and management, cross-functional support initiatives and communication and administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Retail teams on new product development and launch initiatives and communications.
  • Coordinates R&D sample collections with Operations, managing the process from the initial request or ask to coordinating and communication in store ETA to Retail partners.
  • Completes packaging requests and tracking information ownership for visual merchandising needs and photoshoots.
  • Supports with education and training/key selling points around new products.
  • Coordinates the non-medicated sample coordination in partnership with Operations and Retail
  • teams for customer/budtender sampling.
  • Organizes monthly budtender sampling coordination with Operations, Retail and Sales teams.
  • Takes notes and minutes for next steps tracking in weekly cross-functional New Product Development Meetings.
  • Manages new product development timelines within project management system (Monday.com).
  • Provides cross-functional communication support as needed.
  • Supports continuous/process improvement initiatives and opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or can substitute experience.
  • Three years of experience in new product development, branding, marketing, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or formal training in project management preferred.
  • Cannabis industry experience (at least 1 year).
  • Experienced with relationship management.

  • Knowledge of the Cannabis industry and understanding of the current product landscape.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Ability to stay focused.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude.
  • Travel required.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty pounds. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity.
